Tarragon Vegetables

Kohlrabi, peeled and chopped
2 tsp tarragon
salt to taste
Add 3 Tbsp of butter or oil to a pan and heat. Add carrots and kohlrabi. Cook until lightly browned. Add tarragon and salt.
